The reception team was very helpful in finding a quiet room. Room was spacious, clean, and bed was comfortable. Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend it if you're in the area.

We really dug how spotless the place was, and how dead-on the spot it is. The crew was super chill, always there but not too in your face, and the digs had space for days with a comfy bed. 🌟 The chill vibe around the pool and the ace Sun Terrace were real winners to unwind. The only bummer was some funky smells in the room that needed some attention, but didn't ruin the good vibes overall.

Favourable location next to Pigeon Forge for first time in August, and river walk and many restraunts as well as The Island. Free and very very good breakfast with coffee maker, gravy and good options - well worth the money.

Horrible bathroom.

Our family visit to Dollywood Splash Country was fantastic, and the hotel's location made it so convenient for us to enjoy the pools, raft rides, and slides. The indoor pool at the hotel was also a hit with the kids, providing a great way to unwind after a day of excitement at the waterpark. The hotel's proximity to Adventure Raceway was another bonus, offering go-karts and bumper boats that the whole family loved.

My wife says that having a wider variety of breakfast options, especially those tailored to kids, would have made the stay even more enjoyable for families with children.

I absolutely adored the cozy fireplace in the hotel's outdoor area, creating a warm and inviting ambiance for relaxation. The general areas were easily accessible for us seniors, with comfortable seating and beautiful decor that made us feel right at home. It was lovely to be able to navigate the hotel without any difficulty, making our stay truly enjoyable.

I would have appreciated more evening entertainment options for seniors, perhaps a nighttime event or music specifically tailored for the older generation.

The breathtaking views of the Great Smoky Mountains from my room were absolutely stunning - the sunrise casting a pink hue over the peaks was a sight to behold. The attentive staff at La Quinta By Wyndham Pigeon Forge ensured that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, going out of their way to accommodate any request. The daily continental breakfast was a great way to start the day, and the complimentary WiFi made it easy to stay connected.

The room was a little musty due to the humidity, but the air conditioner effectively mitigated this issue, albeit with some noise.

I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with fridge, sofa plus easy to maintain floors was not a problem. The breakfast is awesome, with wrapped sandwiches or muffins, gravy and also the normal La Quinta fare. Very friendly staff members are from check-in to check-out.

The room itself was brand-new with a balcony and had essentials we needed. All the personnel was helpful.

The room was pet-friendly and good sized and it had a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets, that's cool. Favourable and absolutely perfect location, the free parking was available. Also, a two - story wax museum was 3 miles away from the property.

Spotless and contemporary rooms with 2 queen beds, easy to maintain floors such as those plus the bathroom, liked it.

The breakfasts are very very good with a great selection of options. The room is well-maintained and with a fridge, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk.
